Ubiquiti portal

We have been experimenting with packet fence. Wifi captive works, haven't got the lan working though. I am also looking for a Captive Portal that works with Ubiquiti. I am using unfi key but DB is keep getting corrupted every month. I had to reset my unifi controller 3 times in last 3 months.

I see the SSID appear on my phone, it gets DHCP/DNS, and then nothing appears. I can't access any web pages, etc...
