On Skyrim SE Vanilla ENB Two (great performance and looks - my new favourite) and Ominous ENB (for grimdark playthroughs). I would consider Nordic Serenity too as it has nice cold, nordic vibe which I really like. On Skyrim LE my all time favourites are Vanilla Ice Cream ENB and also Rudy for Vanilla and NLA. 1.
Bjorn is the only one I've tried that seems to look like what you see on videos is what you get when you install it. However, seemingly at random, the game just gets really foggy, like blindingly foggy, to the point where you can barely see a few feet in front of you. I don't have any weather mods installed so I doubt that's causing it.

I started on PC, then played on 360 and now have it on a switch. But I’m missing the modding capabilities. Probably going with a laptop. Will likely only use it to play Skyrim. I have a 1080ti and I can barely run it usually I'm around 40s fps anything better than a 1080ti should be good. To enjoy 2K with some 4K for bigger models you need 6GB+ VRAM on your GPU. GPU utilisation is chewed up by ENB and lighting mods. Look for a performance ENB for obsidian weather's or turn some of the ENB features off to save FPS. Instead of ELFX look to one of the other lighter lighting overhauls. 1.

Nolvus has a lot of versions which supports a bunch of ENB/Weather combos unlike a lot of other ReShade presets which are usually meant for one specific ENB/Weather combo or goes for a one size fits all approach.
