That will hydrolock the motor and keep it from turning over and will pump fuel out all over if you do get it to go. I also bench tested the oil pump and it worked fine. After reassembly I filled it with premix and it started and ran fine. So there is the connector which has the 3 pins from stator. Guy has a lot of money into it fixing stuff like brakes, starter, rectifier, and carrier bearing. It also has 4 new tires. I've talked to him a bit and he seems cool and knows his stuff.
