Plex smart collection

I clicked the pencil on a movie file and see Tags but there is no label section. It's under the Sharing section beneath Tags. Labels/sharing appear to only work if you have a Plex Pass ;o. You can only add manually to a manual collection, Smart Collections work exclusively with the filters.

I created a smart collection, and I am trying to have smart collection show in the library tab while hiding the movies within the collection.
