And why he sold it so cheap, The pto lever wont engage the blades unless held all the way down in just the right spot. Once you let your hand off, it stops.Tractor. NH TC33D, NH TZ18DA. Your Ford 1320 probably has a PTO safety switch that is activated because the PTO is engaged, this is why the tractor won't start. Jumper the PTO safety switch wires and it should start. Push the clutch all the way down to release any forces remaining on the PTO engagement sleeve. Then I remembered reading in the manual that pushing the clutch in will disengage the drive. So, I had to disengage the PTO, and let the clutch out so the hydro drive would work, then move up to the next spot, push the clutch in, engage the PTO, dig the hole, and repeat for each hole. ....
