Mochi nut

I've been back twice in three days and its only twice (and not thrice) because they are closed on Tuesdays. These mochi donuts are light, fluffy, pillow soft, with a surprisingly crispy outside. I thought texture might be an issue here because mochi is too soft for my liking, but the crisp outside and slight crunch of the icing makes these perfect.
