Trolling small ballyhoo, bonita strips, or squid remains the best bet on the dolphin. Inside of 300' the sailfish have started to bite a little better. Seems like the Juno/Jupiter area has been producing a few more fish on the afternoon bite. From the beach it's the usual baits (Sandfleas, clams, fresh shrimp, and FishBites) producing the most bites.
