Zillow’s estimates fucking suck. In my neighborhood they look at a house that sold for $900k, they acknowledge it just sold for $900k it was then gutted and remodeled and Zillow goes, yup bet you could get $700k for it now. I’d trust there mortgage estimates about the same.
