I took the Pilot to a Fowler Honda in Norman, OK today, and asked them to check all my fluid levels. When they came back in about 20 minutes, they had over $300 of "suggested maintenance items". The only one I approved was to change the power steering fluid and the air filter. The charge was $175.00 (125 for the fluid and 25 for the filter).
