An alumna-black pen is what I have found works the best short of matching the exact cerakote color. It hides the shiny bare aluminum at least. Take it to Home Depot and have them color match it using a quart of oil/acrylic based Krylon. I suppose you might be able to find some overpriced touch up pens somewhere...
