You can only get one glaive from the quest, the other two patterns drop randomly from the wellspring...I've been told that people have played on hunter and dropped the titan glaive pattern. It's a really low drop rate though, I've done 20 wellspring as a titan and haven't gotten either the warlock or titan patterns to drop yet.
