Yuan allows you to stay horde as well so razing provinces remains with you. Oirat start also has better Missions (at least claim-wise) Imo, Qing is way easier, but yuan is both more entertaining and better overall. Qing is easier to form. Difficulty wise pretty similar as long as you have horde mechanics down.
