The magic of Eleanora is to be held two handed. You won’t get the full effect of the Polearm dual wielding. Just go Dex/Arcane - Find Lords of Blood Exultation and practice like hell with the weapon. It is amazing. You are gonna jump towards your enemies rather than away with dance weapon art. Go brave or go home! Haha have fun with it.
Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.Now that the basics are out of the way, let us start with my list of best arcane weapons. Godskin Peeler is a much better bleed twinblade than Twinnned Knighrs sword. Peeler's running R2 hits 4 times for 50%, 50%, 50%, 100% bleed build up. Or 2.5x listed bleed if all 4 hits connect.
